The Video Pinnacle Trust Timeline

A Camera, a Laptop, and a Vision

Founded in a converted garage in Meredithtown with one RED camera and a conviction that Irish businesses deserved better video than stock-footage slideshows. First client: a local craft brewery that needed a 90-second brand film. That film earned 40,000 organic views in its first month.

Origin

Pivoting Through the Storm

When in-person shoots halted, we built a remote production pipeline — directing talent over video calls, shipping lighting kits to interviewees, and editing from home. Produced 23 remote corporate videos in six months. Clients included two government agencies and a national charity.

Adaptation

The Studio Opens

Moved into our current 155 Rempel Avenue studio — 1,200 sq ft of soundproofed space with a cyclorama wall, dedicated colour-grading suite, and a client lounge. Hired our first full-time editor and a motion graphics specialist.

Growth

Documentary Breakthrough

Commissioned to produce a 6-part documentary series on Ireland's independent music scene. Premiered at a regional film festival and secured a distribution deal. This project proved we could handle long-form, narrative-driven work at broadcast quality.

Milestone

Social-First Content Lab

Launched a dedicated vertical-video production arm after seeing 68% of our clients' audiences shift to mobile. Developed a batch-production model — 12 social clips from a single half-day shoot. Average client engagement lift: 3.2× within 90 days.

Innovation

Animation Suite & European Expansion

Added in-house 2D and 3D animation capability. Took on our first clients in Germany and the Netherlands — fully remote production with local crew coordination. Completed 41 projects across 9 industries in a single year.

Scale

Where We Stand Now

A team of seven creatives. A studio built for precision. A client list that spans from solo founders to multinational brands. We're not the biggest — we're the most intentional. Every frame matters.

Present

"We came to Video Pinnacle Trust with a vague brief and a tight deadline. They turned it into a 3-minute film that our board called 'the best investment we made all year.' The attention to sound design alone was worth it."

Ciarán O'Dowd — Head of Marketing, Greenleaf Organics

"I've worked with four production companies in Dublin. None of them listened the way this team does. They challenged our assumptions, proposed a completely different narrative structure, and the final product outperformed every previous campaign video we'd run."

Aoife Brennan — Founder, Tidewater Consulting

"The batch social content model saved us thousands. We shot for half a day and got 14 clips that lasted us three months on Instagram and LinkedIn. Engagement went through the roof."

Declan Hartley — Digital Director, Northpoint SaaS

"Their documentary work is genuinely cinematic. Not corporate-cinematic — actually cinematic. The colour grading, the pacing, the interview framing. It felt like watching a real film."

Niamh Gallagher — Programme Manager, Heritage Ireland Trust

"Responsive, professional, and surprisingly affordable for the quality. They also handled all the music licensing, which I didn't even know was included."

Rory Kavanagh — CEO, Kavanagh & Partners Architects

Book Your Free Consultation

How much does a typical video project cost?

It depends on scope. A single short-form social video starts around €800. A full corporate film with scripting, multi-day shoot, and post-production typically ranges from €3,500 to €12,000. Documentary work is quoted per project. We always provide a detailed estimate before any commitment.

Do you travel outside Meredithtown for shoots?

Absolutely. We've filmed across Ireland and coordinated remote shoots in mainland Europe. Travel costs are transparent and included in the project quote upfront.

What if we don't have a script or concept yet?

That's completely normal. Most clients come to us with a goal, not a script. Our creative consultation process helps define the narrative, audience, tone, and distribution strategy before we write a single word.

How long does post-production take?

For a standard corporate video, expect 7–14 business days after the shoot wraps. This includes editing, colour grading, sound design, and two rounds of revisions. Rush delivery is available at an additional fee.

Do you handle music licensing?

Yes. We source and license all music through legitimate libraries. The cost is included in your project fee — no surprise invoices later.

Can we use the footage for multiple platforms?

You own full usage rights to the final deliverables. We can also provide platform-specific exports — vertical for Stories/Reels, square for feeds, widescreen for YouTube — as part of the project scope.
